'Breathe! This one is the last of my 5 December challenges and is a little different. I\'m joined by Nat, who is a meditation teacher - Nat guides me through a 10 minute meditation. It\'s amazing what just being stilll and focusing on the present moment can do for your headspace. Give it a go and try to set time each day to meditate/calm :-) I hope you enjoyed all of the challenges, I\'ve loved the week! As always, let me know if you have any feedback at all....'
