'North America\'s first Passive House community centre, the Clayton Centre. Natural ventilation, radiant ceiling panels, night flush, HVLS ceiling fans, ERVs... what a cool project. It was super fun to make this animation. 99% of the models were in Revit, by others. All animation, rendering, FX, and some custom modeling, done in Blender. Editing in Da Vinci Resolve.'
