'The 64th Madrid Fashion Week kicked off in the Spanish capital city of Madrid on Friday, with more than 42 runways shows of international designers set to be presented during the five day event. As the largest platform for showcasing high-end Spanish designs, the biannual fashion week has become one of the most important events for presenting upcoming fashion trends to the public since it was first held in 1985. Top Spanish fashion masters including Agatha Ruiz de la Prada and Teresa Helbig will unveil their latest creations in over 20 catwalk shows during the fashion week. One special feature of the Madrid Fashion Week is that viewers can not only watch the runway shows, but also take away fashion magazines and acquire the most chic makeup techniques from make-up artists.
