This complete functional training system has been designed to meet all your training goals in the comfort of your own home. With just this one piece of equipment, you can train for weight loss, strength, endurance and full-body fitness, all within one compact space. Let’s look at the key features. This activity base is both strong and stable, with excellent grip to help you feel safe and secure when performing all types of workouts. The yellow progression lines are there to guide you, help you to measure your movements and get you into the correct positions. Connected to the activity base, you’ll notice these base anchors specifically positioned to let you connect resistance bands at the ground level. This opens up many options for strength and power exercises for the upper and lower body. Next we have the 11-lb. training bar and the training bar cradles. By positioning the bar in the cradles, you can take on a variety of upper body, lower body and core exercises. You can also hang under the bar and perform upper body exercises, or position in high or low for a variety of core moves. When you’re not using the training bar, it can be quickly stowed away. An array of vertical and horizontal bars called the power grid provide countless different positions to connect different fitness accessories such as resistance bands, battle ropes or yoga straps to help you stretch. The Connexus Home also includes a pull-up bar and a specially designed suspension anchor where you can safely attach suspension straps. With straps attached, you can perform hundreds of suspension training exercises designed to improve functional fitness. When you aren’t using your straps, you can simply move them out of the way and hang them over the suspension straps hook. The smart storage chalkboard lets you safely position your tablet out of the way when you need to watch the exercise videos or access cutting-edge programming via the Matrix Workout app. In the app, you’ll find a comprehensive exercise library and a 60-Day Connexus Program including three high-energy workouts that can all be completed in 30 minutes or less.
