'For Rear Delt, adjust seat height to align vertical handles just slightly below shoulders while facing support pad Adjust the handle position so the upper arms are straight in front when handles are grasped Position hands laterally on handles and slowly bring the handles behind body and return For Pec Fly, adjust the handle position so that arms are straight to side when grasped Move the handles together in front of body (keeping hands and elbows at shoulder level) and return'
