I know it may not look like it on the video but it\'s a pretty intense home fitness routine even though sets are only 10 mins long.   You should work yourself up to 2 sets with no rest in between exercises & a short rest (one minute)between sets.  In future videos I will show you some more compound moves to up the intensity level.'
