This is a post Christmas workout so great to get you moving again after the holiday season! This workout is all in a chair, so it is perfect for those with limited mobility or those who just feel like a workout sitting down. This session includes dynamic stretches, exercises sets and a cool down. You will need a sturdy chair, ideally with no arms or wheels/wheels that lock. Also resistance bands if you have them or a scarf/towel will do too, some small hand weights or tins of food! We hope you enjoy the session!
