'The day the Israelites were set free from slavery in Egypt was incredibly happy for the Israelites - and very sad for the Egyptians. If only Pharaoh had chosen to listen sooner.   Family Discussion Questions: • What finally made Pharaoh let the Israelites go? • What were some of the instructions God gave the Israelites to keep them safe during the Passover? • What did the Israelite people ask the Egyptians to give them? What did the Egyptians do? • Why were the Egyptians so anxious for the Israelite people to leave? • How does it make you feel to know that once God forgives our sins, He doesn’t hold them against us? • What does it mean that God’s freedom lasts forever?
