'Hey everyone, this video is about cheering up a poor street kid badly scarred from fire by giving him a feast from Jollibee. Seeing him transform from a sad kid into a playful, happy kid was an amazing experience that I had to share. Thank you to my Patreons for making moments like these possible. Contact info and more details are below. I came across a poor street kid who was playing on top of a rolled up mattress in Manila Philippines. I thought that was so cool and wished I could do that, so I had to say hi to him. It wasn\'t until I got much closer that I saw he had major scars all over his body. He had been caught in a big, bad fire. Nevertheless, he looked like a cute, nice kid. Unfortunately, he looked at me with very sad and piercing eyes. I wanted to do something to make him feel good and couldn\'t think of anything better than buying him food from a near by Jollibee. He wouldn\'t go inside so I went in and ordered a feast for him. I gave him the food and figured that he would be happy since street kids all seem to love Jollibee but he became even more sullen and withdrawn. A passing lady talked to him and found out that he was going to share this with his brother. I offered to buy another set but he said no. I also offered clothes, sandals, and anything else but he also declined that too, which was perplexing. I asked what was wrong and the lady said that he was sad. My heart went out for him. He turned away and looked like he was crying. After he was done, I pointed to a mall to see if he wanted anything and he said yes and started walking there except we didn\'t go to the mall. We walked right past the mall until we ran into a group of kids who all rushed me asking me for McDonalds. By the time the dust settled, the boy was gone. These kids didn\'t look particularly poor compared to the other kids I\'ve seen but thanks to my generous Patreon donors, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and buy them some cheap food like a hotdog or something. We eventually settled on RC cola and instant noodles for 12 of these kids from a nearby stall. Clearly, the little place wasn\'t designed to handle a group of rowdy kids because it took them a long time to cook up 12 instant noodle packets which she just boiled, drained, and put soup dry powder on top of. By the time the noodles started being handed out, the boy came back! The commotion of kids and festive vibes must have drawn him in. He was noticeably happy, goofing around with other kids and posing for the camera with BIG smiles. It was an awesome transformation that made me so happy to see it. He must have cheered up after eating the food we got him. Either way, it was such a blessing to see. I have nothing but utter thanks to the Patrons who made this possible and your support as viewers.
