'It\'s not easy to be fit, it\'s a result of hard work and dedication. The participants had two energizing and exhilarating workshops on the 12th and 13th of September with Snap Fitness. The first day kicked off with theory lessons on the importance of a fit lifestyle, and nutrition. The second day the instructors taught the contestants the right way to use gym equipment and to get fit with a help of a fitness chart.The participants also learnt the importance of fitness and a healthy lifestyle! The contestants were given complete access to all Snap fitness centers to prep for the Grand Finale. Check out all the moves and tips the participants got to learn!'
