'Soldiers in 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne) participate in a memorial workout to honor Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jonathan Farmer at Fort Campbell, Ky. and all across the globe January 16, 2021. Special Forces units frequently conduct challenging workouts to honor the dedication and fortitude that their fallen brothers are remembered for. The CW2 Jonathan Farmer Workout consists of: 1500 meter row 53 push-ups 11 pull-ups 5 Overhead Press (115 lbs) 100 meter Farmer carry (45 lbs per side) 50 meter sled push (70 lbs) 300 meter sprint (Complete entire workout twice) Green Berets and Paratrooper support soldiers conducted the workout over the course of 24 hours following a memorial service on January 16, 2021 with the family of CW2 Farmer.'
