Here is the list of ingredients: • Walleye • Corn meal • Eggs • Flour • Milk • Vegetable oil for frying Heat about 4 inches of vegetable oil in a large pan or cast iron pot to 350 degrees. Once the oil is hot, add the breaded fish one at a time, without crowding the pan, and let the fish cook until it floats, then remove fish and place on a paper towel to drain and cool.
