The choreography is saturated with flare and attitude, so you won’t notice the cardio workout involved in the high knees and squats.  This style definitely falls under “dance fitness” and incorporates the entire body to deliver a powerful move with each rep. So get up, press play, and BRING. IT. ON.  FIT TIP: The squat-turn-squat puts a lot of emphasis on the pivoting foot, so be careful to keep your toes and knee in alignment as you twist.  The transitions are quick but occur on the “down beat” of the music -- making it easier to anticipate and stay on rhythm.  We recommend getting to know the song and watching the video back on 0.5 or 0.25 speed to help break down the arms and feet!
