'U.S. Marine, and Australian Special Forces Training with My buddy Ron and Will. Circuit training with weight vest. The workout. 45 sec on and 15 sec rest/ transition. 4 rounds.   Workouts: ·      Tire Deadlift ·      Tire Hammer slam ·      Overhead lunges ·      Pull-ups ·      Sled pull ·      Burpees box jump   Wear a vest on the first 3 rounds and no vest on the 4th rounds but try to get the same rep as your first round.'
