'All foods affect the insulin level in the blood, some more than others. But this even have anything to do with healthy foods? Just look up potatoes a very healthy food, which affects the insulin level quite a bit. The most importing thing is to remove excess fat from your diet so the insulin works as it is supposed to. Move the sugar from the blood and into the muscles and the brain where it is required.
