'Friday\'s session was a tough one. We started with the chest press, then \'up to\' 20 press-ups, bicep curls three times around. Then we did the back shoulder pull things (don\'t actually know the name of them), lat pull downs, and the barbell raises with the underhand grip. Went on to shoulders with the shoulder press, then side lateral raises and the front raises followed by (not so) fast deadlifts. Had a great time.
