'Study of a high-end house design on a residential lot with design guide setbacks on the Procreate app on the iPad. Site is a 12.5 x 32m residential block with no level difference. All neighbouring properties have the same condition and adhere to the same design guides. Platforms are used to define functions and spaces. A pool wraps around the house. It starts from inside the house and spills from one platform to another towards the pedestrian entry. A glass guillotine separates the pool when not in use from the lap pool on the side of the house. Therefore platform concept defines the edge of the front garden. Privacy screen is introduced to the street facade and shading elements to the North and North-West facade for controling solar gain.'
