'In this video I review /fit/, the fitness board on 4chan. /fit/ is a forum dedicated to discussion about nutrition, exercise, body recompositioning and general health, but the talk on the site rarely pertains to those topics.  This video, partly investigative and partly critical, delves first into the fitness information offered on the site, and second into the community on the board.
