'Hi Friends, Colors are very important part of our life. I always wonder about \"Rainbow\", amazing art by nature, isn\'t it? traditionally we are using food colours in our dishes but in this fast food world food colours are mainly of chemicals. Why chemicals? nature gives us all colours we need. There might be many ways but this is more organic way to extract, I extracted red from beetroot, orange from carrot, green from spinach, yellow from turmeric and purple form cabbage. Please see the video for how to extract more colour from cabbage, you will be surprised!!!. It was fun and my kids enjoyed it. Hope you will also try and like it.
