'Here is a Complete Hamstring Workout for bigger and stronger hamstrings! Here is the full workout and it is Gain Certified!!! 1) Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 4 sets x 6-12 reps (add weight each set) * 3 second negative tempo | 2 second positive tempo 1) Barbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts - 2 sets x 12-15 reps 2) Leg Press Feet High & Wide - 4 sets x 12-15 reps (add weight) 2) Leg Press Single Leg Foot High & Wide - 2 sets x 15-20 reps 3) Lying Leg Curl Killer 21\'s - 3 sets x 7/7/7 (Watch 5:01) 4) Standing Leg Curl - 3 sets x 12-15 reps ***Make sure to keep your rest period to about 45 seconds - 90 seconds and this workout should only take you about 45 minutes.
