'Before attempting the Torsion Plank, make sure you can do a standard plank and a 2 point side plank for at least 60 seconds with good form. If you are at home and do not have a spotter place a tennis ball on your lower back. This will give you feedback on whether your are rotating to much. This exercise is all about stopping rotation from happening in the torso. 3 Sets of 12 repetitions on each arm. Once you have the form down and get 3 sets of 12 repetitions on each side for two consecutive lifts hybrid this exercise with the body saw. A future exercise video will demonstrate that exercise.
