'Ready to get your blood pumpin and your body movin\'??  This HIIT-influenced workout will leave you breathless in all the right ways!  This is a high-intensity song that should occur at the peak intervals of your workout playlist.    MODIFICATIONS:  simple modifications can be used if you\'re needing a lower-intensity workout.  Jumping Jacks and speedbags can be modified by keeping both feel on the floor.  Front kicks can be replaced with a leg lift or a knee lift.
