'Many Soldiers MUST complete an annual 12-Mile Ruck March. The standards for successful completion are that the ruck is completed unassisted as an individual event, with a 35lb ruck (dry), in OCP uniform (or equivalent), and under 3 hours time. I know this is an event that many dread or have a hard time with, but if you put these things into practice, you\'ll find meeting this standard isn\'t as bad as it might seem, and its totally doable without being so worried about it!
