This workout targets the gluteal muscles and makes your booty look round, lifted and sexy. If you want to grow your booty, you can do this workout with ankle weights or a resistance band. I have included some new, innovative exercises - please tell me how you like them :) + ALL OF THE SONGS IN THIS VIDEO ARE SPANISH! Ahhhh I could do this workout all day! :D  ▪️ Intensity: Medium/Hard  ▪️ Recommendations: • Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so. • Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout.
